Return & Refund Policy
At Esper Cards & Games, we take pride in offering our community quality products and excellent service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Trading Cards
All sales on trading cards are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any trading card products, including sealed products, singles, and booster packs. This policy is in place to maintain product integrity and ensure fairness for all customers.
Cancellation of Pre-orders
If you choose to cancel a pre order with us, we will withhold a 10 percent restocking fee from your refund. This policy applies to all pre orders and is not negotiable. Pre orders reserve product that would otherwise be available to other customers, and the fee covers the cost of processing your order and holding stock specifically for you.
Board Games, TTRPGs, and Accessories
We accept returns on unopened board games, TTRPG books, and accessories within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Opened items, used items, or products without packaging cannot be returned.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to replace the item or offer a store credit, depending on the situation. Please bring the item and your receipt to the store for review.
Events & Preorders
Event fees and preorders are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by us or the product becomes unavailable.
Online Orders
For online orders, shipping costs are non-refundable.
